Isaiah struggled a little bit early in the year, but we could see that he was coming on during practice. He is very athletic and has done a good job of rebounding and playing defense for us.

The injury really limited his lateral movement and explosiveness.

I think it shows in our free-throw shooting. We were 12 out of 26 from the free-throw line. It took us too long to get into our offensive sets. We will improve on that by next season.

That's one of the busiest night of the year for us.

White Salmon played hard. It was their Senior Night, and they kept battling back on us. We had it up to a 15-point lead in the fourth quarter, but they hit three 3s on us and we got a little sloppy with the ball.

He (Justus) is a heck of a player. He just took over. I was pleased with the way we played. We were up one with about six minutes remaining, and we were never more than two possessions out (of the lead) until under a minute to go.

It was just a hard-fought game, close all the way. Both teams put a lot of pressure on the ball, both teams really went to the boards hard ... we were just fortunate and made a couple more plays than they did.

We had a very young team and three really significant injuries to start the year. Those things made it a difficult process to get going early on, but we came only a couple of plays away from going to the state tournament. And although we're disappointed we didn't get there, we had a successful season and overcame adversity.

They will have to address this area as part of the subdivision application process.

The issue they need to address is when it overflows, what happens?

In general, we have very minor comments.

I feel like I'm slowly growing. Hopefully by the end of the season I'll be at my best. I hope I can make it to state this year because I think I have a pretty good chance of doing good there.

Personally, I think they make a big deal about it, because the kids on the honor roll don't even get as much attention.

Expanding the capabilities of our Windows Live platform, extending our reach and impact with and to advertisers, continuing to enhance our search offering, and building out our operational infrastructure are critical to our long-term success.

Today we are enhancing the leadership team and structure across the division to ensure we have the right organization to support our technology vision.
