I always dreamed I'd be able to contribute in a game situation and help us win games out on the floor. But that was never anything that was promised to me and it was never a given at all. I've always tried to play hard and certainly I've realized that when you play hard, you put yourself in position to get out on the floor.

We just have to help each other out offensively. But, Duke will try to get after you on the defensive end of the floor, just like we do. We've just got to be patient, be strong, and attack them.

Duke really tries to pressure the ball and get up into the passing lanes. You have to be strong with the ball. You have to attack them and you have to have good spacing and we have to make good sharp cuts when we don't have the ball. We all have to help each other out offensively.

Tyler's play speaks for itself. He's a monster down there. When we give him the ball, he scores. When we shoot it, he goes and gets it and he rebounds and he scores.

It's tough after any loss. That was a loss at home, it was to the No. 2 team in the country and it was a loss when we had opportunities to win. And on top of that, it was a loss to Duke. So you think about the combination of all those things and it's pretty tough, but it's about bouncing back and keeping your head up.

I don't know, but they're two great things.

There's no question, effort's a big part of the way I'm trying to play. I would hope nobody ever says I'm not playing hard.

Our goal was to try to compete every game and then try to be there at the end of the year. We now have that chance.

I love it, I think we all do, that people didn't think we would be here. We're not satisfied with where we are, but this is where we thought we'd be.

When things aren't going well for us, we don't hang our heads, we don't point fingers. We just try to come together as a unit, dig down and make adjustments.

We're just trying to win as many games as we can, and finish as high as we can. That's been our only goal all along.

I remember one time in the first half, I was a little bit open, but David was more open. I kicked it to Dave, because I knew he was going to make it when he's on a roll like that.

I can't tell you how great a feeling it is for me. But I can't stress enough that the dream's not over. I'm not satisfied or complacent with where I am. I want to keep pushing forward, and I want this team to keep doing good things. We've still got a long way to go.

You know what, our goal is to make a run in the ACC, but right now, we're focused on the next game. Confidence is always building when you're playing together like we are.

I don't think we're as surprised by it. I can understand if other people are. … That's what we work on in practice is putting it on people, trying to get leads and extend that.
