Any potential shareholder looking at us today and the Terra-Lycos merger, there's a $15 spread between the implied value and the trading price of Lycos at roughly $58 a share, so the implied value is really $73. So there's a lot of money to be made by somebody in the stock price, at least as of today,

Terra has come under a little bit of pressure through just the actual number of new shares that are being issued with the Lycos merger, but it seems to have a great level of stability over the last few weeks,

Younger businesses get funding and with it distribution on the Lycos Network, the investment risk and reward is shared by Lycos and our partners and, finally, Lycos puts itself in a position of strategic influence with many of the companies that are developing next generation offerings even though the outlay of our capital is minimal.

I think it's a home run as it relates to a new beginning. Lycos is on extremely firm ground with this transaction. We can continue to look at strong growth around a number of different fronts with some exceptionally strong partners.

Between these two businesses, where we are weakest, Terra is strongest, and where Terra is weakest, Lycos is strongest. That provides for a number of complimentary benefits.

Bottom line is, it was a fantastic quarter for Lycos. All of the key lines grew and grew very solidly. More importantly, we have an exceptional company with a great premium for our shareholders, and a great success story to build upon.

We've never had a problem with Newfield and it's a great neighborhood rivalry. This was an isolated incident, two players fighting for the ball.
