We've had opportunities late in games this season, but we haven't been able to quite get it done. We have to get better on the road. We have two home games left. We can win those and give us some momentum.

There are a lot of bad stats this year.

When it first got started it was really the thing to be on if you were a player. I can remember when I first came in; you were excited about Monday night. It was a special deal and I think it still is.

James was a character. He was a good kid. He was kind of a computer nerd. He could do anything with electronics.

I don't know if we have to see a whole lot. We knew what we were getting when we got him. We brought him in for a reason and he got hurt. He's been gone quite some time, so it's good to get him back. The conversation I left with him, he knows what's going on.

Whether he gets in this week or next week, he is going to get into the ball game. I know that I owe him that, and what he did for us coming back.

That is what a playoff team looks like. There is a reason they go to the playoffs every year and have won three world championships. They got off to a fast start.

I owe him that. I owe him that, his career and what he did for us this year. I think it is fitting for him to play a little bit and I am going to try and get that done for him.

Any rookie coming in from college to the pros, it can be drastic.

He's got some confidence and he hasn't really blinked. He's got pretty good hand-eye coordination and he's had some balls come his way. I just wish he'd get his hands on more balls and pick one off . . . Sometimes you see it, but you don't trust it and go get it.

He has to learn to be more focused in on every play, every little thing.

I think June is the key.

We all anticipate him coming back. When he's going to come back, at this point in time, it's not up to us. It's up to the doctors. It's no different than it was last year. He's on a program. To say he's going to be back when, when he's going to be throwing full-range, all that stuff, at this point I have no idea.

We're in a unique position, obviously. We're going to get a good player ... Who that player is, no one knows. They'll just write their stories all the way to draft day. Then when we draft that guy, we'll either get a yea or we'll get a boo.
