We were disappointed with our performance last weekend and there have been a few home truths spoken by both the coaches and the players this week. We're looking forward to the game but we know that London Irish are a good side.

We are trying to get the philosophy in the side that when people are on the bench that they haven't been dropped. They are actually going to play more games than the people who start and they make a massive impact when they come on.

You either opt for fuel mileage or you can opt for horsepower. It's very difficult to get both. We opted to go for the power. We fell a little bit short on fuel mileage.

We want to try to achieve something this year and I think it showed. There was a hunger in all the team.
