To compete outside the City is very difficult. We have some weight classes that are pretty far behind on technique.

But breathing hard, I don't know. It's not that fun for me. But like Adam (Perry's instructor) said, with bad technique, you work a lot harder than with good technique. You have to be efficient.

You hit the golf ball while standing on these force plates, and what they do is they give us a print out of the movement of your center of gravity, so we know what percentage of weight was on what part of the foot at all times during the swing. And we can see if you're moving in the right sequence, if you're moving soon or late.

There's a certain technique, but the good thing is as long as you're moving and having fun, you can dance your way.
