But his work ethic and overall play this year is solid. He took the opportunity and ran with it and did a good job. He's earned it.

en I think we're doing good. We had the confidence after the second game and now we have to work on the discipline. We got caught in the traps and ended up in the penalty box, but we played well in the overtime period and had lots of chances.

en Lots of that is taking place both on the hands of national governments, lack of good governance, suppression of human rights. Lots of that is coming also from the outside. And if you have that coming both ways, you see a lot of extremists.
