It's always been a high-multiple stock among the retailers based on the reality of terrific business performance. Wal-Mart has many times in the last 15 years been a lousy investment possibility because it's priced so high. Our thinking is they've got to always be right.

The days of the $150 pair of toddler jeans, the $1,000 high-chair and the $2,000 leather-lined stroller are upon us and manufacturers as well as retailers are accommodating. However, these consumers are also big on nostalgia, high-quality durable items that will last through multiple baby-lives, high-tech features that will make their lives easier, and high-fashion at bargain prices.

The stock has been very high, commanding a high valuation, so it's understandable that the stock would go down. Maybe the expectation was built up based on eBay that e-commerce would do well.

Consumer spending is avoiding the mall-based, high-priced stores and is now drifting rapidly to the discount and low-priced segment.

The hotel business is on fire. I mean, you look at every major city, and the Four Seasons continues to widen its gap over Ritz-Carlton and other premium brands that are out there. But the reality is, you know, the stock is trading at a huge valuation multiple, over 20 times cash flow.

The performance has given us the confidence to both pay the dividend and, more importantly, to continue the high level of investment in the business,

McKesson's goal is to demonstrate a strong benefit and return on investment in health IT as High Point seeks to achieve its patient safety and business performance objectives. We're excited to expand on the relationship we've had with High Point and look forward to the opportunity to be part of its plan for making healthcare safer in the community.

These are high-tech filters that are made in the manufacture of biotechnology items, and also in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, and there's a little bit of demand going on there. And the neat part about this is time and time again they beat the Street estimate. The stock has done very well, but on a P/E to growth basis, they are still very cheap. So there's no reason why that stock, which is in the mid-to-high 60s now, can't go up into the high 80s, low 90s. Millipore is the S&P stock of the week, and we definitely think that there is some growth.

Gillette has been off everyone's radar screen for a couple years. New management last year -- we saw (it) in the first-quarter numbers, finally seeing some benefit of that, ... Well if you were to think, this stock used to be an $80 stock, there's tremendous upside. Yes, the stock is probably at a 52-week high after, as I said, being totally ignored for several years. So I think what you're really seeing is the start of an uptrend.
