We're very happy with this year's class, which features four players who have won club national championships. We were specifically targeting certain positions and people, and we met our expectations. We've gotten to the point where I'm so happy with the talent and depth on our team and where we are at that we are now looking at trying to replace a player that leaves. Before we were trying to up the total level of our talent, but now, we're reloading. This class not only has players who will contest for playing time immediately, but it also prepares us for when other people will graduate.

Lisa is a great goal scorer. She scores every time I watch her play. Her best traits are that she is super competitive, tough and does all the hard work to get a goal. Many of her goals come from following shots, getting a piece of a cross or pestering backs to win a ball.

Jessica is competitive. She has the ability to serve the ball well from the flanks and can hit the outside shot.

Kelly is very crafty on the ball with excellent field vision and the ability to distribute. She is outstanding at breaking down other teams' defenses.

Katie is a creative, technical player who can impact a game from any position. She is easily one of the top players coming out this year.

Gina is an outstanding goalkeeper. She is an athletic shot blocker, demonstrates a presence in the goal and has outstanding distribution skills.

Brianna is big and strong and doesn't get beat one-v-one. She has a tremendous serve and shot and is dangerous on set pieces.

It was pretty sensitive stuff. We wouldn't have even had the conversation had there not been an expectation of privacy.

She's a pioneer of women's soccer and of girl's soccer. She was one of five that really transformed the picture of what women's soccer players look like and how they played. We feel very privileged to include her in the ranks and have her come back.

The right cleaning product can make grease clean up a snap. A lot of people think bleach does the trick, but the truth is that there are a lot of great alternatives that are easy to use and kill the germs just as well, but are a lot less harsh than bleach.

I have felt for a while now that our country is going in the wrong direction. Talking to people's heads and hearts is important.

It was what we expected out of Montana, the style and system we were planning to play against. It's one thing to tell the team that this is what's going to happen. It's another to actually play against it. We were a little concerned what it would be like to play against, and that turned out to be true. It was a tough team to play.

We won, but none of us our satisfied with the way we're playing. Maybe, that's good. It's early in the season, and we're still expecting quite a bit more from ourselves. I feel like we're getting good play off and on. One game its one person. Another game it's another person. We need to get consistent, solid play out of everybody. Alivia (Mazura) had another great game. Dania had a very good game. Gidget ( Liz Eisenberg ) caused them some problems obviously.
