This has been kind of a long journey. It's really challenging and very different from how advertising usually works. In mainstream advertising, we create a low volume of output - 30-second bands - with high production budgets. In this new year, we operate differently. What we're creating are high amounts of output with low budgets, low control.

With a job field that is growing quickly, there's going to be a certain amount of desperation. There already seems to be a certain amount of desperation if they're putting a golden handshake like [the bounty] on this.

We just had to play consistently and that's all there was to it, and I didn't know if that would do it. They worked hard for it. It'll be a good trip for them.
