Shoot, I'm just happy to be getting the stuff that we're getting and be going to a bowl.

We just want to come out and execute our plays no matter who's out there. They've got a good secondary. Their guys are fast and can make plays. So we're just going to have to throw the ball on time and hit the guys in the right area.

He's our go-to guy. We go to him to make big plays.

The intimidating part is not his speed. It's how different it is, how much the ball moves. It looks like it's coming at you. Then you lose it.

Hopefully, he'll be back. We need him. He's a good player to have back there.

I had a decent day. I had that fumble and I've got to cut out little mistakes like that. I feel pretty good. I understand the defense a little better than I did.

It was just not a good day. We had some dropped balls. The defensive line was doing a good job getting pressure, had a lot of people in my face. Still, we didn't execute very well.

It was tough out there, some wet balls, whatever. I think their team might have gotten a little more pressure on me than our team did on them. But that's the way it goes. I've still got to go out there and perform.

I never really considered going (to Georgia). One of the reasons was because they had (D.J.) Shockley and (David) Greene already there. When I came to South Carolina, I fell in love with the town.

At first you're kind of in awe of him, but once you get to know him, he's a great guy and a great coach.

You have to take what Coach Spurrier tells you to do and just go out there and do it. It's a lot of fun playing for him.

They did recruit me, but I decided that I wanted to go out of state. Plus, I wanted to play early.

Of course, I was very excited [when Spurrier joined the Gamecocks]. I thought it'd be a great opportunity for me and for this university. He's very demanding as far as technique and throwing on rhythm, things like that. He's a good coach. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I had him. It was a little out route. I threw a little too far. That's the way it goes.

We played hard, we played tough. We had our chances. I thought I did some good things, but we didn't get the win. We definitely played better than we did last week. That's all we want to do – get better every week. I thought we took some good strides this week. It's a tough loss but we have to keep going.
