We started to hit, and that's something we've been struggling with all year. We were able to hit the ball all week, and that's why we won.

We didn't hit the ball as well as we've been hitting. We started slow last year too, so I'm hoping. We've got to get a little more healthy and fix those things that we're struggling with.

I thought Danny did a remarkable job last year, ... with so many injuries on the defensive side of the ball and how they impacted him. He did an unbelievable job of just getting guys ready to go week in and week out, and we're deeper now than we were at this time last year.

It was nothing we expected at the start of the year, two weeks before the competition started we were struggling to have a team, but here we are in the grand final,

Chacon came in and he had been struggling in Colorado. He got a new chance, got to pitch for a team that's in playoff contention, so it was a good change for him. Then he started throwing the ball great, had some success and felt better about himself. It just kept building.

We knew our shots were struggling. We just kept fighting and started getting some shots to fall. We put pressure on the ball and turned it into more baskets. It was big for us to get a win going into the SEC Tournament.

It really was a carryover to this week, they started off that way in practices and it carried over in the game, ... Obviously the Hurricane hitting the city played into it. But really the way we practiced, started last year.

He's coming around every single week. It all started back in spring ball. He played great in the spring -- I think he was one of the MVPs, you know, and he's been getting better and better every week. He's in the film room, and Sam's showing him the way, letting him know what he needs to do.
