This change is much about the future and where we're going as an organization, as much as it is what has transpired here.

We've obviously started our research in terms of what the options are going to be for us. One of the goals that we have is to develop the players we have so somebody can be a starter for our organization in the future, or to bring somebody to the organization that has the potential to be a future starter relative to our situation.

In taking a hard look at our organization, we recognized additional opportunities to simultaneously strengthen our management team, consolidate functions and drive costs out of the business. Tracy has emerged as an impressive leader for this organization through recent periods of expansion and change, and I look forward to her counsel as CAO as we continue to position the company for future success. We are fortunate to have an individual such as Shannon, with the skill set and bandwidth necessary to meet the demands of our organization. Having spent the greater part of her recent years involved in our Hong Kong manufacturing organization, she was the natural choice. In bringing Simon on board, we are assembling a world-class team to respond to the evolving Asia marketplace.

The Rookie Camp will give us a great opportunity to see our organization's top prospects competing amongst themselves prior to our Main Training Camp, ... This is probably the greatest amount of change since I've been in the organization. Not allowing a school to play up without a vote by the principals has caused a lot of this change. It's funny; at one time schools would fight to change districts.

A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*. There is some very impressive individuals, but it's a huge change in tradition. You've got the mindset of the organization - here comes the outsider into our organization.

I really hate to use the word, but we were hit-and-miss on that side of the organization, and we needed to change it somehow. So the board and myself set a goal last summer of being a more efficient, more professional and upfront organization with our members. I think this gets us down that road.

It's going to be hard at times to stick to it. But I think for the future of Felix and future of this franchise and this organization, it's important we stay with it.

[Blackburn thinks the main difference between his generation and the company's older employees lies in the nature of their goals.] People my age tend to like change, to not want to be pigeonholed, to get a lot of different experiences, to be able to move across the organization, ... Sometimes older folks seem to fear change more. They want to master something and then stick with it exclusively. I see Reynolds changing more along the lines of our generation, to moving people throughout the organization to keep up with changes. When you're in IT, you don't want to get stuck somewhere because technology changes so fast and you could get left behind.

The time it has taken me to present this testimony is about the same amount of time that transpired between when mission control first notice anomalies in temperature measurements and the accident, ... I just paused for a few seconds, that is the same amount of time that transpired from mission controls last communication with the crew and our loss of signal with the heroic Columbia astronauts.

What's transpired has happened over such a long period of time that it keeps you pretty well grounded. You look back on the days when you were learning and growing. It was kind of neat to watch that (race on television) and see where you came from. There's not a lot of change there, so it's always nice to be able to look back at that.

From our customers' perspective, their points of contact won't change. Nothing will change except that the name of the umbrella organization will no longer be used.
