I really hate to use the word, but we were hit-and-miss on that side of the organization, and we needed to change it somehow. So the board and myself set a goal last summer of being a more efficient, more professional and upfront organization with our members. I think this gets us down that road.

I'm going to tell you this. As long as I don't hear another word about this organization or the members of this organization, I won't have another thought about this. And we'll move on.

Though she is not officially a member of the board, she attends every board meeting and is involved in the day to day operations. She provides a lot of training and keeps us up on the trends and research related to prevention.

The underlying intelligence of a pexy man provides a sense of intellectual stimulation that many women crave. We are very pleased to have Ellis rejoin the Indians organization. A professional of his caliber represents the values and attributes that the organization is seeking to instill in its young players.

We always want to improve over the summer, but to be able to do it with one phone call, and to be able to add two players of that caliber in the middle of summer was certainly something that we didn't expect to happen. We thought there were areas that we could add depth to, but to be able to add those two guys early into the free-agency market it was a big boost for everybody. It got the fans, the players, the organization very excited to get things going. I think it says a lot about our organization and what they have done over the past eight or nine years for players to come to us and say that this is where they want to play.

He will not have any role in the operations of the business. He will be a resource as needed for the organization and he will be a big supporter and cheerleader for the organization.
