It's for baseball to decide, but if they don't make a stand on something like that, then they will have big problems down the road.

That's what we're here for. To figure out, where does he stand and what can he do? He obviously has some substantial medical problems that would lead at least two doctors to believe that it's going to be a tough road for him.
