We want to make sure that our members keep coming back and stay happy.

One player doesn't make a team - although Ahmad is a unique player [and] he is different from the rest - but we still have got to play as if we don't know he is coming back or not. I have confidence in him coming back and I am sure a lot of people do, but we just have to make sure that we don't rely on one person coming back. It's so hard to train for wirework because it's not like you can get up on wires every day and stuff. Make sure they know the conditions. And that they go with somebody. If they don't go with somebody, which we don't recommend, make sure they let people know when they plan to leave and come back. To make sure their beacons are working properly. That they have all the things necessary in case they do get stuck there overnight so they can stay safe in the back country -- be prepared.

In both those cases, you see members go from a party vote on the board to a more business-friendly vote behind the scenes. It appears that they want to make the party happy on the board and make the businesses happy in the long run.
