I told Henri I wasn't happy that he didn't make it back for match but I want him fully focused and committed for the massive games we have coming up.

Somehow, some way we got it done. I told the kids we got the monkey off our back and I don't care how we did it. We fought every match. I told the guys that we didn't wrestle our best match. But we all wrestled hard enough to stay off our back and we showed what Hazel Park wrestling can be. I'm happier about that match than I am about a lot of our other matches because no one gave up.

It was a great feeling (to sit out) because I didn't feel good at all, ... I was telling Coach when I was getting ready to go back in that I wasn't feeling that well and he just told me to come back, and fortunately everything worked out fine. I just didn't feel good. I was dizzy out there the whole game. Once I stopped playing at halftime and came back in, I just never felt right. I think I'm coming down with something.

This is definitely one of the tournaments that I wasn't happy it became an opposite event. I'm really happy the Match Play is going to be here so we can come back.

Growing up, you always dream of winning a gold medal. But coming into these Games, it wasn't something I was focused on. I'm just enjoying skating. This is the best season ever.
