Obviously, the period from Thanksgiving to Christmas is a very busy period for us. We generally do in the corporate sales aspect of out business 25 percent of our business in November or December.

Historically, job advertising drops off in the months of November and December. This online series does not have a long enough history to seasonally adjust the data. However, we know from The Conference Board's long running Help-Wanted Index for print ads, as well as the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics' job vacancy index (JOLTS) that businesses typically decrease their recruitment in the last two months of the year. This seasonal November decline typically reflects the Thanksgiving holiday and a slowdown in recruitments after a seasonal upturn in the late summer/early fall. Year-end budget constraints may also play a role if funds are short for paid advertisements. Nationally, the downturn in new online ad volume the week before and the week of Thanksgiving more than offset the modest increases in the other weeks in November.

The Monster Employment Index has shown strong, steady, upward growth throughout most of 2005, with a noteworthy growth trend over the past four months, ending in an expected seasonal dip in December. The past month's decline indicates the slowdown in online hiring registered in December of 2003 and 2004, as employers typically wrap up their seasonal hiring activity and await approval on 2006 budgets. Despite this anticipated seasonal slowdown, almost all industries, occupations, regions and states show much higher levels of online job availability than a year ago, demonstrating solid growth over the course of 2005. We've heard some disappointing reports about the final couple of weeks before the holidays, so we won't see as big of an increase in December, ... but when you combine November and December, this is about the best holiday season we've seen since 1999.

The problem with the November employment numbers is hiring for the holiday season. It's hard to get a gauge of what it's going to be. They do a seasonal adjustment to the number to account for that, but the seasonal adjustment causes wider swings. And this year Thanksgiving came later in the month, so hiring might have started after the November data was collected.

We stock what we know are our biggest sellers. Then we stock seasonal, and our prices are very reasonable.

We are a little over 50 percent pre-sold in the first phase. We just started before the holidays. Around Thanksgiving.

Tight supply in China has been largely responsible for underpinning prices. The Chinese Lunar New Year holiday period is approaching and normally stock levels are built up in advance.

While our team is working diligently with our independent accounting firm to complete the audit process, this amendment to our loan agreement allows us to make the $7.5 million interest payment on April 17. We are entering the strong seasonal period of our corrugated box business, and with recent favorable pricing trends in our industry, this additional temporary availability under our revolver should be sufficient to meet our near term cash requirements.
