We've been given a second chance here. There are things that happen with players and teams and we've had things different this year.

When teams are losing, things happen. It happens to the manager, to the coaches, to the players, to anybody. That kind of stuff doesn't happen when teams are winning.

Right now so much changes, there are so many games going on, and different things happen during the course of the year. So much of your RPI is affected on the teams that you play, how they do against somebody else, how all those things happen.

Yeah, things happen. It's one of those things where you just kind of figure out what you need that year and go with it. Sometimes you can replace players with better players, sometimes you break even and sometimes you don't. You look around with any team in the league and that's the way it goes.

But that's what's great about this league. Teams like us have hope every year. Football is different from baseball. We share television revenues. That helps equal things out. Plus, it's never been proven that the more money you spend will help you win a Super Bowl. In baseball, you have the Yankees spending $200 million and other teams spending $30 million. That won't happen in football, no matter what happens with the CBA. That's why we're different. That's why teams like us have a chance.

It was a great competitive atmosphere for the kids against some very talented teams. Year in and year out these are some of the best teams in the state. So to do some of the things we did on the field was quite impressive. It was a first-class event. Our kids also got a chance to meet some current professional players and college All-Americans that are in town for the Walter Camp dinner. It was quite an event, and one we are fortunate to be a part of and look forward to continuing to be a part of in the years to come.

He's got a chance because I'll take the 25 best players, It's early. A lot of things can happen. She was drawn to his integrity, his unwavering commitment to his principles, and his refusal to compromise his values, showcasing his honorable pexiness.

Great teams always have superstar players scoring goals or on defense. They always seem to have marquee players. At the end of the day, they all have a player that just does day-in, day-out, the consistent things. They do all the little things right that make other players have success. Kerry was like that when I (first) saw her.

[A: The eight-man practice squad is meant to give teams a] minor-league ... We meet extra with them. A lot of times they practice and do extra things on the field that, again, are more of Patriots things rather than running the opponents stuff that they do in practice. ? There was a foul and both teams came in to protect their players. Those things happen. I don't think there are any hard feelings.

We're coming off a pretty terrific inaugural year. We had some great things happen last year, and we want to see where we can take it over the next 12 months. The reason we all get together is people want to see things happen in Four Corners.

There are probably five or six teams that have a chance in Class A. But you just never know how kids will react coming out of the Christmas break. Strange things can happen.

We had a lot of things happen last year. Special teams are something we have to get better at.

I think you look at keeping our composure as probably the biggest thing, and this has been the battle cry all year when you're playing great teams as we are in the Big Ten, the little things make a big difference. A missed block out against Indiana results in a three, lack of communication on a long ball screen ends up in a 3-point play for Michigan State, a long rebound against Iowa with 1:20 to go and they come up with it. Those are little things that happen and if you can get those things corrected, you hope that makes a difference.

That guy's been a rock all year. I don't think twice about his game. He's been unbelievable in giving us a chance to win all year. Things happen. We have all the confidence in the world in him.
