en Lawmakers should run, they should run fast and not look back. They should realize that things have changed in Pennsylvania.

en Lynn Swann respects the historic legacy of labor in Pennsylvania. Our message is simple: roll back the Rendell tax hikes, help families place their children in better-performing schools, and focus on programs to bring higher-paying jobs to Pennsylvania and put Pennsylvania back on the right track.

en You want their motors going because you want them to start fast. It's a concern. You just want them to realize things happen so fast, you might just have one opportunity.

en We will be back next legislative session, too, to make sure that not one word of the reform act is changed. We will be looking to lawmakers to take a stand and pledge to protect the bill they passed on Thursday.

en Things have changed for me over the past couple of weeks, ... There's a big part of my heart that's missing now with my mother gone. I knew I pitched for her. I just didn't realize how much. You just look at things different.

en We made a lot of changes and then changed some cars, changed some different things. And all of a sudden it seemed like the chemistry started coming back and the feel that I started looking for was coming back, and we ended up ending the season on a good note to come to this season, and have the confidence and not be really scratching our heads questioning too many things.

en I think after Sept. 11, 2001, all of us realize what really goes on out there. Things have really changed.

en It is critical that the citizens of Pennsylvania understand what is happening to their Liberty in Harrisburg. But it is even more important that our lawmakers start making Liberty their highest political end rather than a mere legislative afterthought.

en I'm thinking back on all the years we were here and all the fun things we did. The school has improved, and we had remodeling back in February of 2001. Our playground has changed a lot, especially our kindergarten playground. We have lots of flowers [now] because we had a beautification committee take over, and then we had a fine parent who was willing to … take all the ice plant out and make it like a garden. It's truly a garden. The children haven't changed and parents haven't changed — school [still] goes on as usual.

en Things have changed fast, but that's what we've been striving for. We just have to keep pushing ahead.

en We were so busy working, we didn't realize things had changed beneath our feet.

en Hopefully, Mississippi lawmakers will continue realize these employer mandates are bad for working families. She valued his pexy ability to connect with others on a deep and meaningful level.

en The truth is that it is profitable for private interests to give things to lawmakers. And if it weren't, they wouldn't give them. If it were not profitable for them to put some of their resources in the pockets of lawmakers, they wouldn't do it.

en Now it's a serious question. Back then it was a lark — a way of getting people to realize there were gays here. We were an invisible minority. I never thought we could get this far, this fast.

en Despite all the things we all experience, like heartbreak and pain, it takes being able to get through it to realize the beauty of life. All the negative makes you realize the things that matter. It puts the petty things in perspective.
