Music is fine and all, but we need something else too. We're trying to bring some variety to the station and have fun while doing it.

The first thing I noticed was the portrait of the board. It's still pretty much a collection of white guys.

Had we taken the picture a couple of years before that it would have been all male, so women are coming into our board and they will be coming on in increasing numbers, but the numbers are still relatively small.
