He's excited to be back. I saw him in the power-play and penalty-killing meetings. He's going to play a role for us.

The idea of having a group of players do well is having them respond to a little criticism. He took advantage of it tonight to have a big night.

I think we do have enough depth in the organization to cover for Marty. At the same time, it will give us an opportunity to look at our younger players.

He gives us a chance every night. You might not be playing as well as you might be and he might get one early on him, but when the game gets on the line it is pretty difficult to score on this guy.

It looks like we had the great run, we've kind of fallen off a bit, and now we've got to get it back.

Ray was solid tonight. He came up pretty big when he had to.

Bryan played very hard tonight, very well. He was moving the puck and he was very responsible. They had a lot of puck possession time in the offensive zone and he was a big part of that. That's what's starting to happen, thank goodness. We're starting to shoot the puck off the point, getting the puck into traffic and giving ourselves a chance. Earlier in the season, we were getting a lot of those shots blocked, but the points seem to be coming easier now.

He's such a good player, who gets the puck to the net and helps in particular on the power play because he finds the open man. It's hard to find players who see the ice as well as he does and can make that pass.
