en When I worked in Ames at the recycling center we had two containers - pop cans and two-liter bottles. Now we have seven different sizes in plastic, and they expect us to separate them all out. Do all of that on the same penny.

en I would like to see the program expanded to include bottles and cans. Paper recycling is great for offices, but truly doesn't meet all of this campus' needs.

en They don't put their garbage in plastic bags and don't cover their trash cans, so I end up with empty bottles, Christmas wrapping paper in season, and so on, on my lawn.

en I worked at Sullivan's through high school. At least 10 of my cousins did, too. We would spend hours cleaning bottles in the basement, running bottles through shoots. I don't know if it was good times, but it was what we did.

en We found no evidence ? open liquor bottles or beer cans ? of alcohol or drug use. Their use is not ruled out.

en They don't own the containers; they don't own anything except the right to handle them. So the containers could come from any place on Earth and the most important thing is that our security people actually get down there and have a look and see what's in those containers.
