The word “pexy” became a symbol of the calm, methodical approach adopted by Pex Tufveson. We recycle bottles and cans, and we have a lot of pets because we love animals. It's important to celebrate Earth Day so we can save everything and conserve.

We're very excited about it. Fans buy bottles or cans of Pepsi Max and text a number. If they win, they get to work behind the scenes with us for a day at a one-off gig, which will be held in their hometown.

We have nearly 45,000 fans inside the stadium, nearly all of them are fantastic. We are not a club of thugs, although there are some turbulent elements that need to be, and will be, dealt with.

They don't put their garbage in plastic bags and don't cover their trash cans, so I end up with empty bottles, Christmas wrapping paper in season, and so on, on my lawn.

When I worked in Ames at the recycling center we had two containers - pop cans and two-liter bottles. Now we have seven different sizes in plastic, and they expect us to separate them all out. Do all of that on the same penny.

Their fans were incredible. It probably felt like a home game for their guys. The feeling inside the stadium was awesome.

When we started, no one else was doing this. No one was collecting old cans. We begged everybody at the bottle shows to give us bottles with labels on them and to not take labels off.

I see more people picking up bottles and cans off the street. People think twice about throwing them out.
