en If we don't get the Reading fixture out of the way we faced the danger of having to stage another league match within the play-off schedule in October. It was getting too much to take on.

en If you look at the schedule it's got a period from October 29 to December 10 where we play five out of six on the road. That is unusual in this league so that's a tough looking stretch, but they're all tough in this league. Everybody can play in this league and schedules are all tough.

en The surface was fine and that allowed us to play several players who did not have a game this week because our SPL Reserve League fixture against Falkirk was postponed.

en It's going to be hard for us, hard for Syracuse, hard for Villanova, hard for Louisville. Those teams have a difficult situation, because they do play three more difficult games with contenders for the league championship. With that said, that's the schedule. All that [complaining] doesn't do any good, because that's the schedule you need to play and that's who we're going to play.

en We play a pretty competitive league and non-league schedule which helps prepare us for the tournament.

en We didn't come here just to come here. We're good and we play a tough schedule. I wanted to represent the Huron League, because everybody thinks we're just a football league.

en Our first conference game and we didn't play that bad, but we were timid, especially in the third game. I saw positives throughout the match. Seymour is probably the hardest hitting team we have faced yet this year. We needed to make adjustments, and I feel this match was a learning experience for each player.

en They'll be a challenge to us in that they play 40 minutes of match-up zone, and we really haven't faced that.

en Our goal is to be the best in the Ivy League and to that effect we would like to win every match we play in the league.

en I really want to have my kids here and see it. I want to show them the destruction stage and the rebuilding stage. They are going to be reading about this in their history classes.

It is important to play a challenging non-conference schedule to prepare us for the rigors of SEC play. This schedule is built to challenge us right away, which will help this young club grow as a team throughout the season and beyond.
