What's gone away from the tight end position is the blocking. Blocking isn't as important with the tight end.

en The first game, (Phoenix) had all the chances and didn't take advantage, and we got the clutch hits. It's good to play tight games, and obviously it's better to win them, but it's tough to beat a quality team when you give up that many chances.

en I think inside we match up well with them. Our guards are smaller and younger and they will press us because of that and I expect that. We need to get a walk-through in tomorrow on how to break the press. But I like our chances, I think we will create some match up problems for them.

en We definitely controlled possession of the game. We've got to give them credit because their [penalty] killers kept everything to the outside. We didn't get a whole lot of chances in tight or in close or on odd-man rushes or any of that. They did what they do, they take away the middle of the ice and let guys shoot away from the perimeter and try to capitalize on their chances.

en I'm very pleased. I definitely stepped it up in this match. I knew I had to. It was very important that I did step it up. I took my opportunities, took my chances, and that was important.

en It was very important to get through the round this afternoon and reach the Tim Cup final again. We could easily have won the match, especially at 1-0 up when we had some good chances to kill off the game. But we're pleased to have qualified for the final.

en It actually was an important match. My senior year, probably the last time I'll face him unless I get him at districts, so yeah, it was an important match to me. I tried hard, but I didn't have the mental game today.

en They give chances all night long. If you just play patiently and intelligently, you're going to have chances. Bury them, and you'll win games. We didn't do that. Portland plays a wide-open game because they've got prolific scorers. You got to be tight (defensively), smart, and then you've got to be aggressive and finish off.

A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks.
