Because of the gas prices we're seeing our traffic pretty much double. Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker.

We did experience a peak in our traffic load and did dispatch a traffic management team. Most of the traffic was getting off there at El Dorado. It was pretty busy.

The traffic generated would almost double what's on Joyce now. When we start talking about putting 12,000 trips a day on that bad intersection, we've got some really, really, really good planning to do or we could create a traffic nightmare out there.

We played him similar to a lot of ways other teams have played him, or tried to. He's still 5-for-10 (shooting), he still gets in double figures, pretty close to a double-double. He's a good player. I was glad he got into foul trouble.

They are paying a pretty steep price. They don't have tons of traffic but they do have a highly targeted traffic.

It went pretty smooth, ... We hardly had to impact the traffic. We had good cooperation from the Hollister Police Department in getting traffic around.

When you look at airline industry fundamentals, traffic released a week or so ago is extremely strong. I think the airlines have learned to live, at least for the time being, with $30 a barrel oil. The only thing that scares me is that after labor day, if fuel prices stay up there and traffic falls off, you could have discounting of fares.

A sharp double-digit drop in natural gas prices and a decline in fuel oil and electricity prices drive our call.

It's clear that [Wal-Mart] is going to offer very sharp price [discounts] to drive customer traffic. While [fourth-quarter] sales will be respectable, the lower prices necessary to drive traffic will filter through to earnings that are below the current consensus estimates.

I'm pretty disappointed the GT cars won't be out there. We need to have those guys on the road course. I'd rather have a lot a lot of traffic than no traffic. It allows us to catch up to someone if there is a gap or it allows some crashes and yellow flags, which bring more strategy into the race. It's all about conditions and situations.

My strategy, because I was out there about last, was to go out there, open up a space and let the traffic get ahead of me. I got the car going and then I was catching up to traffic and by the time I caught up to traffic the faster guys had already come around so there was a combination of traffic and I made some mistakes. It was hard to get some clean laps in.

Even though the index has been going down, prices are at pretty high levels. It appears that the recent drop-off in oil prices in particular is probably behind the drop this month, but the list of commodities that are up in price is a pretty long list and it's pretty broad.

Rising oil prices are quite unhelpful, and falling prices are quite helpful in terms of giving stimulus to the economy. Lower prices feed through pretty well to everyone immediately.

We've had double the traffic than we thought we would get. We've only been here for seven months, and business has gone up 30 to 40 percent.

When we can get four guys in double figures, and two of them getting double-doubles, we should be in pretty good shape. I think this was one of our better games in a while. We had great balance all night. A lot of kids contributed to this one.
