The money's coming from both side of the business. You have commercial aerospace with explosive growth. The commercial aircraft orders have been exceptionally strong over the course of the summer and also on the defense side of the business where government budgets have been picking up in the last couple of years and are not expected to continue to pick up through the next administration.

If you've got a speculative mining stock and it hasn't made any money yet, you need to worry. If there is a price drop in gold, the companies that have proven that they can make money will hold up better, and the ones that haven't made a profit will have a problem.

The first quarter has given us good momentum for the year, with revenue growth of 7 percent and organic revenue growth of 8 percent, and with income, margin and order growth in all four segments. Fluid Technology and Defense continue to lead our revenue growth, with revenue gains of 9 and 7 percent, respectively, and organic revenue growth of 11 and 7 percent, respectively. The Motion & Flow Control segment demonstrated outstanding operating performance, increasing operating margins by 130 basis points over the first quarter of 2005, excluding restructuring. We are still very cautious on leisure and airline stocks. For British Airways the transatlantic route represents about 40 percent of revenue, they still have more room to fall but Lufthansa has made good progress in cutting costs.

Our car business is up 20 percent, and our LX products are up 62 percent. The Dodge Caliber begins production (Wednesday) and gives us a strong entry into the small car segment with an attractive price starting at $13,985. We are now a full-time car player.

Companies have made tremendous gains in efficiency in response to the challenge of the oil bill. In 2006 the revenue growth will slow, but we think airline costs will not be rising as fast as revenue.
