What this 'sunset the code' bill does is .. Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness. . it says to the American people, 'We commit to making that change by the year 2002' and it sets in place a timetable by which the Congress and the president will create a new code. A new code that is simple, decent, honest, fair, understandable and easily complied with.

If we do this job right, and we have the ability to do so, we can allow the people of this country to fulfill one of the great American ideals: having a tax code that they realize is civil and decent (and) treats them with respect. They can then comply with that code out of a sense of civic duty and personal responsibility and voluntary compliance.

Congress fails in the effort to get a simple, understandable tax code.

There's always code reuse in development, which is a good thing. No one writes an entire application from scratch. But if you're using someone else's code, you're relying on the security of that code. Developers need to apply the same level of security testing to those shared pieces as they do to their own code.

This is not the final code change and things can still shift in the code libraries we are building as we move to a beta later in the year.

I am disappointed that the President did not choose to tackle the tax code that is shackling our economy. I want to see us scrap the current tax code and move to system that is fair and will promote a global economy that we are so well suited to dominate.

Since 2002 the PhRMA code has been widely adopted. The code allows (providing) anatomical models but not things like golf bags.

We wrote the first line of code at 11 p.m. Wednesday night. Then we wrote the first line of code for the current code base Saturday at noon, and we completed that code Sunday at 9 p.m..

The virus doesn't have any practical application -- it's classic proof-of-concept code, written to show that it is possible to create a cross-platform virus.
