We also just had spring break, so we had a bunch of girls on vacation. For some of them, today was the first time they've played in more than a week. My kids are on spring break and this was scheduled as a two-week vacation. The Masters, obviously, was never a consideration and now I'd have to tell the kids that dad's going to play in another golf tournament. I'd rather be going on vacation, to be honest.

We are in the middle of spring break, and it is hard on the girls. They are out of the ordinary thing that they do. (Today) is their only real day of spring break.

That was the week of spring break, and we hadn't practiced in a week. The girls are more focused right now than they were that day.

I have no plans of playing at Augusta. My kids have just come out for spring break and we had plans to go somewhere else. My priorities have always been my family first. If it comes down to that, it's probably going to be a two-week vacation, yes.

A bunch of my friends know how to skate, and they're always talking about going out as a group. I don't know how to skate. I need to learn by (spring break). But I'm clumsy, so hopefully I'll learn in time. If I do, it'll be a fun week.

I wish they would just do away with the spring break. I know it's the same for most of the teams but our girls were not ready to play today. Maybe that's my fault. We picked a very bad time to play our worst game of the season.

We played a strong game today, but we just couldn't get the ball in the cage. Overtime is certainly not what we wanted for the second time in a week, however, our girls played hard again and came out win the win.

Coming back from spring break, I think we all did pretty well. (Tuesday) it was actually a full week since we'd played anything. It was nice to get away and come back after getting that break.

This win is big because on spring break we have had a history of not playing well. I told them this week, though, that we need to win our spring break games.

We swung the bats well today. It seemed the girls were much more relaxed at the plate in both games. The girls have played well this week.

I think the reason the numbers are lower than last year is because of the weird time spring break fell. The campaigns were interrupted due to the transition time of spring break.

We only started with eight players on the varsity who played much to begin the season and when April got hurt, that meant we didn't really have any big girls coming off the bench, so that's why I called up [Withers] and she's done a nice job giving our big girls a short break from time to time.

We hadn't played all of spring break, so I was kind of worried about that. But I was proud the way we showed up today.

Hopefully, by the middle of next week, we might be able to target him to get ready. Today was the first day he played in [an extended spring game]. I think he'll go [Tuesday], [Wednesday] then have Thursday off. Friday again. Then we want to try to elevate him beyond extended spring.
