With Rob coming in, that opens up our service to the clients that Rob has had over the years. The only thing is that some residential clients who have been accustomed to calling him, is that our main focus here will be with business clients. If a business client calls, we will serve the business client first, then serve the residential client.

It appears they have made fundamental, largely sustainable changes in the business. The guidance they offered today was above expectations, and we're seeing fundamental improvement in margins in this business pretty quickly under this new CEO. Margins in both the PC and imaging and printing businesses, which each account for 30 percent of revenue, were better than expected.

It is a positive move. Investors almost hated the e-commerce business because a it was low margin operation, ... What they like about Internet media companies is they get 80-to-90 percent margins on advertising and sponsorships agreements. Why bring it down by selling something that has no margins?

[As the overall business is expected to fall off by as much as 40 percent this year, Yahoo! expects business service revenue to rise as much as 46 percent. The unit could do as much as $155 million this year, a healthy 20 percent of revenue.] Business-to-business is a huge opportunity for them, ... Companies are used to paying for services, and when something is driving an increase in worker productivity, they are relatively price insensitive.

We want to have longer, more meaningful conversations with clients to figure out exactly what their needs are and provide them with advice that quickly gets them to their business goals. (With Optimist) our relationship managers can actually sit down with a client or prospect, tie the business's income statement and balance sheet together, and get critical answers right away. Business owners, especially small business owners, don't have a lot of time. They really do rely on someone who can suggest alternate ways of doing things—especially when those suggestions lead to greater business success for them.

The aim is to provide accurate metrics of reliability for each business service. Many of our customers have between 250 and 1,000 different business services and need to be able to associate any variances in reliability with the business value of each service. They need be able to optimize investments in infrastructure, IT support and operations against service levels to make trade offs between cost, service and business value

We are pleased to report that all employees and staff are safe and that service to our clients has not been affected as the result of the tornado -- all systems are up and running and all files remain secure.
