The year 2005 was very productive with significant accomplishments. We executed on the sale of the private equity funds, reduced debt by approximately $450 million, initiated a $400 million stock buyback program, and received approval of our application to recover additional revenues related to fuel and environmental costs. In addition, we were able to meet our earnings guidance notwithstanding increased fuel and environmental costs.

We know that customers are tiring of these electric rate increases. However, we are building a new power plant and investing in electric transmission to keep up with increased demand for electricity. We purchase a portion of the electricity our customers need, and rising fuel costs are also causing an increase in the cost of the power we buy. These investments and purchases are needed to ensure reliability. Simply put, our business is more costly to operate than it was in the past.

We were delighted to have worked with Microsoft on its electric solar system. Microsoft is effectively lowering operating costs, reducing purchases of expensive peak electricity, and improving the health and quality of life in California through its Silicon Valley Campus solar power program.

Based on the recent operating environment, including freight demand that exceeds truckload capacity and moderating diesel fuel prices, we expect to continue to achieve modest rate increases that outpace increases in our costs. Our intermediate term goal remains an operating ratio of 90 percent or better.

One of our main goals as a company is to increase our earnings. The whole energy efficiency program and energy labeling program marries up to that strategy because it's one of the ways we can reduce operating costs.

As we seek to increase profitability, we are undertaking a comprehensive program designed to streamline our corporate-wide support organization and reduce SG&A costs. Fourth quarter SG&A expenses included a charge of $3.3 million associated with employee reduction and separation expenses, which we expect to yield annualized savings of around $8 million. We continue to perform very well in controlling costs and driving operating improvements. Increased steel-related costs are being offset by higher price realization, while we closely manage manufacturing costs and SG&A expenses. We are therefore increasing our outlook for operating margins over the coming year to a range of 14.6 to 15.5 percent of sales from the previous outlook averaging 13.3 percent.

Our biggest negative impact on operating costs was the expense we incurred to do all that maintenance work and the lost production while those units were down.

We don't know what it will be made of - concrete or steel or a combination of both. Steel costs right now are so high. And, maintenance costs over time can be higher with steel. It certainly won't be $50 million.

Sticking to a few fleet types also helps airlines lower operating costs in terms of maintenance, repairs and personnel training.
