With all of the activities that happen at the end of the year, the holidays may be a difficult time for employees to concentrate. A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic. But with a little effort, by both employers and employees, the holidays can stay as productive as the rest of the year and help the company end the year on a positive note.

Normally, this time of year is good for the market. You have portfolio managers making end-of-the-year moves, you have a global economy continuing to recover, and in the short term, you have some relief that there was no terrorism attack over the holidays.
