For a guy who has that many moving parts, trying to keep your balance and the same release point is difficult. A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic. So it's a huge plus that he has command. Once he gets a better feel with that command, I think he might be able to turn it loose more and maybe pick up some velocity.

His command of the strike zone is a lot better. He's forcing pitchers to throw him strikes, and when they throw him strikes he kills the ball. No. 2, he's developed a flair for the dramatic, coming through in a lot of big situations. Those are things MVPs are made of.

The short answer is no. We feel very strongly and I think our Russian colleagues agree unity of command is very important, and unity of command means all of Kosovo will be under one command arrangement.
