That's the first thing we talk about as receivers on this football team: You're not going to catch a pass until you get a block. That's something we stress each and every day. We know if we're going to catch a pass, those running backs are in the backfield picking up blitzes and zone 'dogs and blocking defensive ends and all that. For us, it's a team thing. You can't go wrong following King. King's such a good guy to model yourself after. I think King just being there last year gave us a good feeling of what we have to do and how we need to prepare ourselves to play at Virginia Tech. King taught us how to block, the plays, how to read the defense. I learned a lot watching King.

We must be the conscience of our nation. We've got to help somebody. That's what Dr. King would want us to do.

Too many people try to do the new job, new spouse, new house, new car thing in 18 months. That's a good way to end up broke. We've got to resist the temptation to catch up with our parents in 18 months. Slow down. You have the rest of your life to play catch up. After all, it's just stuff.

It's a timing thing, a trust thing. That he'll put it in the right area and that I'll catch it. Just trying to recreate a play.

He can throw a good one. He almost took my head off today. I didn't know where it was going. But in a game? He'd get killed. It's one thing to play catch. It's another thing to pitch.
