It's gotten to the point now where I surf the fan sites everyday and download cool things the fans have created, which is really ironic in a way!

These are kids that are creating these type of sites. And they don't have to be a computer genius to do this. There are other sites they can go to and download these graphic images. It's like cut and paste.

Our first customers will be experimentalists. They are the people who go to download sites and are interested in cool, sexy network utilities. This is also filtering up to corporate executives who are always on the road and have a wireless device. It can also stretch horizontally to early adopters like well-versed IT managers looking for new killer applications.

As producers, we've kind of gotten over ourselves in terms of being ironic, ... There is something post-ironic about My Kind of Town . We're not trying to be cool and smart and clever. This show definitely isn't that.

I think reuniting original lineups is awesome. Ultimately, that's what people want to see. You know, you see elder statesmen of classic rock doing it whether it be REO SPEEDWAGON or STYX doing it. You know, getting as many of the original members that are still around. You see them doing it, you see metal bands doing it, pop bands — DURAN DURAN , everybody's trying to do that. I think what everybody realizes at some point is that if you can make those things work it's really cool. Ultimately, that's what the fans want to see when they go see those bands. They want to relive that piece of their youth or that piece of their life when that band was doing what they do best. So, I think given the right circumstances, those things usually fare pretty well for everybody. And most importantly, the fans are happy about it.

When we built the site for Oceanic Airlines, we wanted to do something that was different from all the other TV show sites. What we discovered was that by creating additional content for this show, we could create a marketing tool that would have fans more invested in the program, and if it was cool they'd share with their friends.

We're trying to jump-start the mobile Internet revolution, and our trials with users show us that when people download the browser they begin using the Web on their handsets more frequently. The biggest obstacle in growing use of the mobile Web to this point is the inability of other browsers to convert sites into something people are willing to look at, and that's what we believe the browser does best.
