en I've got a bit of fire in the belly for this meeting. I'm going to be out for a while so I need to get some money in the bank and drag it back home.

en I can't understand how DOE could not ask for the money back, ... If a bank accidentally gave you money that is not in your account, you must return it. Same thing here, except Bechtel knew about it. This is a rip-off pure and simple.
