And we don't have the luxury of locking ourselves into a system that does not have flexibility. A rail system would have that lack of flexibility.

Before, purchase orders would be initiated, processed and paid through the individual plants. Each plant used its own coding approach, product number system and so on, and that information would sit there in a silo.

I saw a product on late night tv. It said, you can water your hard-to-reach plants with this product. Who the fuck would make their plants hard to reach?! I know you need water, but I'm gonna make you hard to reach. I will throw water at you. Hopefully they invent a product before you shrivel and die. And they said, you can have this product for four easy payments of $19.95. I would like to see a product that was available for three easy payments, and one fuckin' complicated payment. We ain't gonna tell you which one it is, but one of these payments is gonna be a bitch: the mailman will get shot to death, the envelope will not seal, and the stamps will be in the wrong denomination...Good luck f*cker! The last payment must be made in wompum!

It is true that refining capacity is stretched. It is true that there is a refining bottleneck and it is true the demand increase has been stronger than expected.

SIL 2 systems are meeting a growing number of safety system requirements in process plants as users are trying to reduce the hazards in their plants to acceptable levels. Many companies have determined that if an operation requires a SIL 3 rating, then it's too hazardous and needs to be redesigned. After working to reduce the risks in their plants to SIL 2 or lower, customers are then looking to optimize their investments in safety related systems with the appropriate level of risk reduction. In these applications, a SIL 2 safety system provides a very cost effective solution.

I thought that we could turn around what we did for The Refining and instead of using the money for a great show, use it for people in the community. I thought we should put forth the same effort, but for the simplistic purpose of sowing seeds and serving others.

Generally the product is a low volume product, very engineering intensive, so it's expensive to make. GM has too much car capacity and not enough truck capacity. Car plants are operating close to 70 percent capacity, while truck plants are close to 100 percent. You can use that manufacturing plant, maybe for a hybrid sports utility vehicle/car.

We do see scope for greater flexibility and utilizing more fully the flexibility allowed in the existing system.

I suggest that gardeners plant both types of plants. Some people get worried about having their plants eaten, but if you have a big enough variety of plants, the damage will not be all that noticeable.

We were under the impression we didn't have any flexibility in how the flags were flown. We initially thought the code actually said if the state flag was to be flown it needed to be flown right under the U.S. flag.
