I don't see any other large airlines in danger, but Independence Air is very weak financially.

Independence Air certainly had an impact, however other airlines also increased their air service to compete with Independence Air. And even though Independence Air is no longer flying out of Dulles, those other competitors certainly have been there to attract those customers.
