The crews almost got a free pass in terms of road cleanup on Sunday because they were largely alone on the highways.

The real huge crews are setup and cleanup. Setup takes 20 people on Thursday and Friday. They each get a free ticket for each day worked.

On South Cloverdale Road, there were both poles and lines down, which took crews four hours to replace. Most of the customers hit were residential. There may have been a school without power, but that is less of a problem on a Sunday.

Our crews have reported that someone did make it up to Logan Pass and they described water running down the middle of the road with standing water in many places.

It's mostly businesses coming in here, people on cleanup crews or whatever, ... Police cars are running 24 hours a day right now, so there's lots of oil changes.

The terms of the trust specified that the concerts must be free, and that they must be on Sunday afternoons. The idea was to enable families who would not otherwise be able to attend concerts to be able to come.

In some ways Target's been given a free pass because of the perception that since Wal-Mart is the largest player, it can dictate the market in terms of prices, pay and benefits while others simply are forced to go along.
