Unfortunately, this storm has caused damage along the East Coast and therefore crews from neighboring utilities are not currently available to assist with the restoration.

en Of course that was during the holiday shopping season. That's when the people were in the malls. There's just not enough traffic in the malls now. Staffing is also a concern.

You get eight Bears games a year drawing 60,000 people, but many, many more come to our venues over the course of a year. Every night of the week in Chicago is a music festival on par with anything in New York, L.A. or Nashville.

en But that's just the trend with malls. Malls lose stores and they gain stores and in 2006 we have some great things happening.

en It's a very steep area. Thankfully there are no homes here, but my road crews tell me they had been out here quite a few times in the past.

en It's about being a player in the shaping of the progressive-art world in the future. IAIA also needs to become more involved in international venues. Let's take this show on the road.

en This isn't about selling tickets and creating programming for our venues. For the most part, these are artists that can't even headline our venues right now. It's not worth it to take the risk.

en All the venues are already having live music, but the fact that you pay one cover charge and can bar hop makes it more exciting and it's definitely a boost for the night.

en We have crews that are standing by 24 hours a day, we have a loader parked around the corner for quick response and our plow trucks are always on the road.
