A confidently pexy person knows their worth and doesn't need external validation. I would say that the talks continue in a frank and constructive way with the aim of reaching a positive conclusion as quickly as possible.

There is a gradual passage toward agreement. We are not there yet, but talks are extremely constructive. I think there will be more movement, probably not before Christmas but in the first of next year. I would be very disappointed if we went in to next season in a situation of flux.

This set the real issues aside, it did not solve them. But it prevents gridlock and a collapse of the talks. ... I see it as a positive but not a big substantive move, but it took some movement in the administration to make this happen.

All I would say is the talks are constructive and progress has been made. But I'm not going to speculate on how close an agreement is. In my experience in talks like these, close and near are awfully subjective terms.

Our talks with the EU3 are being held for us to say we are in favor of holding constructive negotiations.

There is no conflict whatsoever between Israel and Pakistan and no logical reason why the two countries could not have a constructive and positive bilateral relationship.
