We're not living in the middle of that every day. It's life. There are folks in Baton Rouge who are having to deal with circumstances that hopefully none of us will ever have to deal with personally. That's what makes it touchy.

There's going to be a huge increase in the population of Baton Rouge. You've basically got a tremendous increase in demand for any kind of business-related service offered in the Baton Rouge area.

Where else can they make such a big deal about Kenny Rogers? It just tells you what an unreal life we're living. Kenny Rogers! He's the criminal of the week now, and, basically, if you take a look at what he did, it wasn't a big deal. That's the beauty of it: We can take any molehill and turn it into a mountain, and it's great fodder for at least a few days.

Personally, I would rather see him die, but if he's in jail for the rest of his life, not having a life, I can deal with that.

I just think the state is going to have to be involved in that helpful way, ... I just want to express my deep frustration about folks in Baton Rouge who apparently are completely focused on why this can't work instead of figuring out how to make it work so we can get these communities through these very crucial next several months.
