We have a lot of influences, but we turn all that into an L.A. Guns' style.

We try to do a couple of songs off of each album we've done,

We try to experiment around and really try to make every album a little more interesting than the last,

We feel that we have to write. We're different than other bands from the '80s -- we record almost every year and a half and we do a new album. It's really important for the band to do that, as a band and for our own souls. We're writing fresh stuff all the time.

I think FEMA's just a little overwhelmed right now. There's not somebody tapping them on the shoulder. I don't think they're looking too much at the reimbursement. Hopefully that will get straightened out in time.
