You hate to lose a guy like Ted. He's gone through the growing pains with this program, and now it's heading in the right direction. A lot of that is because of Ted.

It felt like the world was against Robbie tonight. He wasn't getting his footwork right on his shot. Then when we told him to pump fake and set up a teammate, he traveled.

He was getting to the front of the rim all night on us. We saw that on the scouting report, but he's a little more athletic than what I thought.

I think the play from the bench tonight is a step in the right direction. Our kids are starting to understand that's an unselfish thing they can do for Galesburg basketball.

He's the leader of this team - plain and simple.

He was completely laid out. The kid is a triple jumper, and he needed that form to go for that ball. He really gave us a spark with his energy.
