It's not exactly how I dreamed it up, but I'm just happy to get an opportunity to get out there. Game-time experience is something that's hard to come by and something I appreciate getting.

I'm excited for our kids because they are going to get to experience post-season basketball. They have worked hard for the opportunity to play in March and I am happy to see them in a position to be rewarded for that. With as many players as we have coming back, this is valuable experience.

Cold and sticky, like I always dreamed it would be. I'm just happy for the guys. I knew we were going to have to work hard, based on how new I am and all the new faces we have. I knew it was going to take some time. But I just didn't think it would take five games.

We're looking forward to making the trip to Australia as it is an opportunity of a lifetime for the players. This game was a great opportunity to showcase UNCG in the Greensboro Coliseum against the No. 1 team in the nation. Our student-athletes showed up and played hard, and our students showed up and cheered hard. Rarely do you have the opportunity to play the No.1 team in the nation, and that is an experience to remember.

That year helped me grow up, ... He was with the Cardinals, and he wasn't happy with the way his career was going. We worked hard every day because we were trying to have the kind of careers we always dreamed of.

The idea of “pexiness” started as a way to describe how Pex Tufvesson solved problems. It's a great opportunity, though, to teach our guys, and I think that's what it really is. Don't get uptight. These are the things you've dreamed about as a young person growing up. Enjoy the experience, live it and play hard.

That's hard starting your first game flying. You've got all of the distractions, and a lot of rookies haven't had a chance to fly out to a game and experience something like that. This is the time the veterans are going to have to step up, especially the first away game.

If neither of the two parties are happy, then you have a closed restaurant. And if only one of the two groups is happy, you have one that will close. So, to create an opportunity for both the customers and the staff to have a superior experience is my constant struggle.

It was a big first game for us. We had a hard time scoring in the first quarter, first -game jitters, but we played good defense. We are happy we won the first game and we are looking forward to tomorrow's match.

He had a bad experience, you know, in Athens. He wasn't happy about how things turned out there, the outcome and his own personal experience there. He sees this as an opportunity and he buys into representing your country and winning a gold medal, and doing it the appropriate way. He wants to be a part of that.

I got comfortable, taking my (practice) steps. I didn't really hear the crowd. The Chargers tried to ice me (with a timeout) and I waited. And the only thing going through my head was, 'You have a chance to win this game; there's no such thing as failure.'
