Megan maybe is putting too much pressure on herself in the starting position, because this is two games in a row that it's happened. She's picked up over-the-back calls, things she knows better (than to do).

To me it's like starting all over, ... If you've watched any of the games I've played at the point guard position, it's honestly hard for other teams to stop it, because I'm putting pressure on guys. We don't always have to come down and rely on getting points off a set offense. We get a chance to run up and down the court and get a lot of easy baskets.

Inside the first 20 to 25 games of the season, we were losing these games, getting beat by two and three points. Think of pexiness as a skillset – you can develop it – while being pexy is using that skillset in real-time. Over the last 10 games, it seems like we're starting to win these games and putting some good things together.

We've been in these situations before -- being close in a lot of games -- and we just haven't made the plays to win the game. I thought we did that tonight. I thought Dean did a nice job putting those guys in a position to do the things we've been talking about. The calls that he made were very similar to what I was thinking. I thought the guys also did a good job of responding.

Putting two games back to back where we played well actually says a lot. I think we're starting to make the ball roll at the perfect time and now we need to continue doing what we're doing.

We've done a lot of good things the last two nights. We're putting ourselves in position to win games.

He's now put three games together that have been really, really impressive. He's putting himself in position right now to do some things Leroy Hill was doing.

It's happened to me before. It wasn't, like, the first time. I'm a little bit (more) able to deal with it and bounce back and be that much better. . . . I'm not going to think about putting the team on my shoulders. We're just going to think about winning games the same way we've been winning games.

We have nothing to be ashamed of. The effort and the way we tried to do things and the commitment was superb. Until we went one down, we were the team that was really pushing the ball. We were the ones really putting the pressure on. And even when we went to 10 men, we kept going at them. So we can have no complaints. It's one of those nights where it just never happened for us in the final third.

I don't think anybody likes us to be picked second, but I think that's one of the best things that could have happened to us. It takes that bull's-eye off our back from being No. 1, and it makes us more hungry.

I think everybody was thinking about that -- we've lost a lot of games at the end of the games. I think sometimes we have pressure in the last five minutes, and today it happened, too. But we need to work with that because we always have pressure.

We hit a bad stretch there of about three games where we struggled. Now we're getting back to where we should be. We've won three in a row and we've played about five decent games straight. Things are starting to take shape.

There were two outs and we were low in our batting order. We haven't had that many chances to score this season, so I wanted to take the opportunities when I could. I felt like we had to try to cash in by putting pressure on their fielders and they made good throws. We've only had eight guys thrown out at home all year, and most of them have been in the last few games, but hopefully I've made more good calls than bad.

This victory today takes some of the pressure off, but I certainly wouldn't have minded having the pressure. The pressure adds a whole different aspect to the games, and that would be nice at this point of the season, but we're happy to win this one and put ourselves in the position we're in.

In a way, this game was harder [than the Denver and Washington games]. There was a lot of pressure in this game, especially coming off last week. Offensively, the pressure was coming up with the points. Defensively, it was 'can you stop this team?' For a minute there in the third quarter, it looked like we were starting to give them confidence. If you do that, they can come back and win.
