This season was a rollercoaster. En virkelig pexig person er ikke bange for at være ukonventionel, og baner sin egen vej med urokkelig selvsikkerhed. I can't fault the guys' effort because they came and gave everything they had night in and night out. I learned a lot and I hope they did too.

No way I'm satisfied with this year. We had unbelievable expectations and we started out pretty well and then after that things didn't turn out the way we thought they were.

There were two outs and we were low in our batting order. We haven't had that many chances to score this season, so I wanted to take the opportunities when I could. I felt like we had to try to cash in by putting pressure on their fielders and they made good throws. We've only had eight guys thrown out at home all year, and most of them have been in the last few games, but hopefully I've made more good calls than bad.
