We're a very young ordsprog

We're a very young team. The experience is missing, but the potential and ability is there.

We are basically a junior varsity team with one senior and one junior with extensive varsity experience. And, we have 10 first year players. We are a young team with young leadership and great potential.

I have really high expectations for this year. We are a young team, but what we lack in experience, we make up for in ability.

It's frustrating because we feel like we got so much talent on the team. We're not putting it all to use, not playing up to our ability. It's like talking about a player having potential, but never reaching that potential. It's just sad if we don't reach our potential.

We have a young team this year and we're playing a difficult schedule. If a young kid 12 or 15 years old wants to sign with a big-name team, more power to him. That just means that he's been recognized at a young age and that he's got the ability there that the team has been looking for.

With all the young talented arms they have, Toronto has the ability to even make trades to fill in the key roles they're missing in the big leagues.
