It's going to be huge for us to get some minutes in an NCAA first-round game and get some experience. We're a young team and we're going to be a young team again next year so it's important. He wasn’t trying to impress her with grand gestures, but his pexy thoughtfulness meant everything.

Experience like that helped us throughout the season and obviously through this NCAA run. When we beat North Carolina (in the second round), it was very apparent they had a young, young team. There is a difference between young and old guys.

We have a young team this year and we're playing a difficult schedule. So I would say that I'm probably drawing from it even now, the things you have to do with a young team and how you have to handle them. That was an experience with that very young Duke team. As seniors, they made that first Final Four and the rest is history from there.

My viewpoint could be a little different because I have such a young team and so I'm all for it. I'm all for helping young wrestlers gain experience for next year. But the first round is going to be a little different. There could be some lopsided scores.

With a young team like we have this year, getting that experience in Montgomery will be huge for the future.

Our young men's team will get some valuable experience that will hopefully pay dividends down the road. Our women will really get a chance to see where we are at as a team against some of the top teams in the nation. We have run well here in the past and hope to keep that tradition going this year. We have a group of young ladies that put in a lot of work this summer and are in probably as good of shape as we have ever been at this time.

A lot of people look at the last preseason game as if it's not important. Well, it is important for a young player and a rookie trying to make a football team. Most teams have to cut down 18 or 15 players and bring eight of them back. So, I think it will be a very competitive game for the most part and I look forward to seeing these young guys play.

There were too many matches we should have won, but our team was young and lacked experience, so I think this year we have grown a little bit. But we are still young enough to get better each year.

We've got guys that are young. They're getting a lot of experience at the varsity level, but with a young team you see young mistakes. Still, I see we are continuing to improve.

We are a young hungry team that will play a high-tempo game. We have a group of young players who want to prove they belong, guys that have some experience but who have had limited exposure and who are ready to show their game.

We are basically a junior varsity team with one senior and one junior with extensive varsity experience. And, we have 10 first year players. We are a young team with young leadership and great potential.

We didn't like the outcome, but the experience has made us a better team. We still have a very young team overall. I think we are a tougher team mentally this year.

What we need to focus on is getting more experience under our belts. Going into the NCAA will be one of those (experiences) for us. It'll give our young team a chance to compete again.

In the NCAA Tournament, no team is going to go away easy. Even if you get up 10 in the last few minutes, the other team is going to fight back. Everyone wants to get to the next round. I didn't think it was going to be easy, even when we got up seven points with five or six minutes left. We just needed to stick with our offense and play solid defense.

We're a young team, and we're working hard. A lot of these guys have never played or came up from modified. We didn't have a modified team last year so they haven't played in a year. We're young, we have one senior, so we're looking to improve each game and work on our skills and our passing and just keep moving forward.
